Working Principle
The Submersible Radial Gate automatically responds to changes in upstream water level. When water rises above the predetermined level, hydraulic forces gradually open the gate. During floods the gate remains operational even under submerged conditions and safely passes excess discharge downstream. As water level decreases, the gate automatically returns to its closed position, maximizing water storage.
